The following are the main aspects of the complaints channel managed through this platform, as well as the legal, technical and organisational measures adopted by Salsa Inmobiliaria to guarantee compliance with regulations on privacy and data protection. 

HOW IS THE COMPLAINT PROCEDURE INITIATED THROUGH THIS WEBSITE?  The user can access our complaint form to communicate any incident of which he or she has become aware and which may involve a breach of regulations within the Organisation. The user can communicate the complaint by choosing one of the following options:    •    Anonymous complaint: The user does not have to provide identification or contact data to communicate the complaint. It is only required to narrate the facts in an accurate and truthful way and, if necessary, attach the documentation and/or photographic / audiovisual evidence that is related to the complaint.       •    Identified complaint: The user has the option of providing their identification and contact details in the complaint form. The facts must also be narrated in an accurate and truthful manner and, where appropriate, attach the documentation and/or photographic / audiovisual evidence related to the complaint. In such cases, the Organisation shall take the necessary measures to preserve the identity and guarantee the confidentiality of the data relating to the persons affected by the information provided.

 CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY COMPLAINT?  Once the complaint form has been submitted, we will provide you with a reference number so that you can track the status of its processing. To do this, you can enter the reference number in the platform and we will provide you with the status of your complaint.  

WHAT CONDITIONS ARE IN PLACE FOR THE COMPANY TO ENSURE THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA?  Salsa Inmobiliaria complies with all provisions regarding the protection of personal data in the process of collecting data through the complaints channel, in compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (GDPR), as well as in compliance with Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD). 

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROCESSING THE PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED?  Salsa Inmobiliaria is responsible for processing personal data collected through the complaints channel. 

 WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING OF DATA OBTAINED THROUGH THE COMPLAINTS CHANNEL?  The data provided by the user will be processed for the sole purpose of managing the complaints brought to the attention of the organisation, including anonymously, in relation to the possible occurrence within the company or in the actions of third parties that engage with the company, of acts or conduct that could be contrary to the general or industry regulations applicable to it.    

 WHAT KIND OF DATA SHOULD BE PROVIDED BY THE USER?  The information provided by the user must be truthful and accurate. For this purpose, the user guarantees the authenticity of all data provided as a result of filling in the corresponding forms. The user will be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and the damages caused to the organisation or third parties, for the information provided.  

WHO WILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE DATA?  Access to the data contained in these systems shall be limited exclusively to those who, whether or not included within the organisation, carry out the internal monitoring and compliance functions, or to the persons in charge of processing who may be designated for this purpose. However, it shall be lawful for it to be accessed by other persons, or even communicated to third parties, when necessary for the adoption of disciplinary measures or for the processing of legal proceedings as appropriate. 

ARE THERE INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS?  The processing of information collected through this website does not imply international data transfer.  

WHAT IS THE BASIS FOR LEGITIMISING THE PROCESSING OF DATA?  The legitimate basis for the processing of the data is the existence of a public interest, in the terms set out in Article 6.1.e) of the GDPR.   

FOR HOW LONG WILL THE DATA COLLECTED BE KEPT?   Personal data shall be kept in the complaints system only for the time necessary to decide whether or not to initiate an investigation into the facts that have been complained of. Three months after the input of the data, it will be removed from the complaints system, except in cases where evidence of the operation of the crime prevention model by the legal person must be maintained. Once the period mentioned in the previous paragraph has elapsed, the data may continue to be processed exclusively for the investigation of the facts reported, and will not be kept in the internal complaints information system itself. 

WHAT RIGHTS DOES THE USER HAVE IN RELATION TO THE PROCESSING OF HIS/HER PERSONAL DATA?  The user has the right to access his/her personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, as the case may be, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. The User may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case, the Organisation will only keep them for the purpose of exercising or defending claims. In certain circumstances and for reasons related to his/her particular situation, the User may oppose the processing of his/her data. In this case, Salsa Inmobiliaria will stop processing the data, except for legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defence of possible claims. Finally, we inform you about your right of portability under the GDPR so that your data can be provided to the person responsible for any processing that the user indicates. Salsa Inmobiliaria has adopted the technical and organisational measures that guarantee the security of personal data and prevent their alteration, loss, unauthorised treatment or access, taking into account the state of the technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed. 

WHAT ARE COOKIES? DOES THIS WEBSITE USE COOKIES?  A cookie is a file that is downloaded to the User's computer when accessing certain web pages. Cookies allow a website, among other things, to store and retrieve information about the browsing habits of a user or their computer and, depending on the information they contain and the way you use your computer, could be used to recognise the user.
